Metal Gear Solid The Legacy Collection

With me deciding to get a GameCube instead of a PS2 back in the day, I missed out on a lot of really cool games. I have a PS2 now but I still haven’t gotten a chance to play both Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. I do currently own a PS3 but have not yet acquired a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. The HD collection was a prime choice for me to catch up on some Tactical Espionage Action and with MGS4 going for sale on the cheap, money constraints have still prevented me from getting those particular disc. This latest announcement from Konami seems to solve all that. Read more [+]

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a new twist in the Metal Gear Solid franchise. Ever since It’s official reveal even before Konami decided to pass the project over to Platinum Games, I was excited. An action game set in the Metal Gear Solid world with Raiden once again in the spotlight. We’re only two weeks away from the release of the hack and slash Metal Gear Solid spin-off and Konami is keeping the hype going with more trailers. We know Raiden slashes everything in sight in a cool but sadistic way, they have shown so much of that, but these new trailers focus on the unmanned baddies you get to fight and the unique weapons Raiden gets to wield once he defeats a boss.
